In July 2019, Olympus Field Service Engineer Tomas Kral and Olympus Academy Consultant Sharon Kirk embarked on a trip to East Timor that was facilitated through the Australian & New Zealand Gastroenterology International Training Association (ANZGITA).
The aim of the trip was to help upgrade some medical equipment for a local hospital, as well as to educate staff on the safe and effective use of the equipment.
Witnessing the impact that Tomas and Sharon were able to make during this short trip was incredible and you can take in some of the highlights below.
